Late Arrival Policy
Late arrivals result in scheduling and service conflicts for everyone. If you are running late and provide a new time of arrival I will do my best to accommodate, but that does not guarantee your pre-approved time of service. Arriving 15 minutes late, or later, may result in a reschedule.
Cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service amount if I am unable to fill the appointment time. Moreover, "No call-No shows" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Please respect my time and my other client's time as well.
New Client Policy
New Clients that I have not previously worked with are required to put down a deposit on their wanted service. Please understand/respect my time and know that other people are waiting for popular appointment times, such as: Fridays and Saturdays.
